Which plan is right isn't decided by a menu. It's decided together, based on your situation and what your family actually needs. Whatever plan you agree on is a single flat fee, settled before any work begins, with no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Your $500 deposit is credited toward that fee, so you know your full cost up front. Legacy Complete can also be paid in a 50/50 split.
